1. Returns:

1.2 Condition of the Product: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may disqualify the product from being returned. Washing instructions are printed clearly on all garment labels. Items not washed according to the care labels are not returnable.
1.3 Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of the receipt.

1.6 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
2. Exchanges:
2.1 Eligibility: You are eligible for an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Condition of the Product: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Exceptions:
3.1 Customized Products: Unfortunately, customized spiritwear items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
3.2 Clearance Items: Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3.3 Due to health regulations, briefs, bodysuits, tights, and in-stock dancewear may not be returned if the package has been opened.
